ShinrinYoku (Forest Bathing)
Who can participate and what will you do?
Throughout the day, Mendy and Marc accompany you through various approaches and workshops to experience all aspects of immersion in nature with these trees that have so much to offer.
No prerequisites required: It is not necessary to have specific skills. Our days are open to everyone. The walks are very slow and without difficulty; we are not in a sports approach.
These days are aimed at an audience from 15 years old.
A few words about your shinrin yoku guide
Mendy, a passionate birch grower, is particularly interested in the mid-mountain environment, certified shinrin yoku guide, as well as in aromatherapy, natural cosmetology, art therapy, author and illustrator, tai chi chuan practitioner, shares her experience to help you relax and reconnect with nature.
Program
Arrival at 9:00 AM (please be punctual): Welcome and presentation around a welcome breakfast
10:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Japanese binding workshop (making your notebook that will follow you for a long time to collect your notes, thoughts, inspirations)
12:30 PM: Lunch (Picnic from the bag)
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Forest bathing with initiation to tai chi chuan, breathing exercises, slow mindful walking, tree approach, various explanations
4:30 PM: Debrief/Questions - Answers
5:00 PM: Tea ceremony followed by tasting of Domaine products
6:00 PM: It's just a goodbye...
